Coagulation & Flocculation

Effective coagulation and flocculation are foundational to wastewater treatment. These processes involve the aggregation of fine particles into larger flocs, making them easier to separate from the water. Our range of products ensures efficient particle removal and water clarification:

  • Aluminum Chloride & Aluminum Sulfate: These coagulants promote particle aggregation, facilitating the removal of suspended solids and contaminants from water.
  • Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH): A concentrated solution that offers superior coagulation capabilities, especially in removing organic matter.
  • Polyaluminum Chloride (PACL): A versatile coagulant that’s effective across a range of pH levels and water conditions.
  • Ferric Chloride & Ferric Sulfate: These inorganic coagulants are particularly effective in removing suspended solids and organic matter.
  • Inorganic / Organic Polymer Blends: These blends offer the dual benefits of enhanced flocculation and coagulation, ensuring clearer water output.

Solids Thickening & Dewatering

Managing solids effectively is key to efficient wastewater treatment. Our solutions focus on reducing the volume of sludge, making disposal more cost-effective:

  • Dispersion Polymers: These polymers enhance solid dispersion, preventing premature settling and ensuring uniform sedimentation.

  • Sodium Sulfide: A widely-used precipitant that binds with heavy metals, facilitating their removal.

  • Sodium dimethldithiocarbamate (DTC): This chelating agent aids in the removal of metals, ensuring that wastewater meets regulatory standards.

Odor Control

Defoamers 

Foam is a problem that can be encountered in many different industries, but it’s especially prevalent in industrial cooling towers. Anti-foams and defoamers are essentially the same chemicals made for the same purpose: to prevent the formation of foam. Anti-foams are used to prevent foam from occurring, while defoamers are used to treat a foam problem after it has occurred. Foam can cause defects on surface coatings, bacterial growth, deposit formation, and downtime and added costs for cleaning. 

Anti-foams and defoamers work by reducing air bubbles in water and preventing their coalescence into larger bubbles. They do this by reducing surface tension between air and water molecules so that there is less opportunity for them to form large bubbles when they come into contact with each other.

Bio-Neutralizer dechlorination tablets are formulated to effectively remove free and combined chlorine from water or wastewater treatment system flows.

Enviro-C

Phos-4-Fade phosphorus removal tablets are the first product to be manufactured specifically to reduce phosphorus levels in wastewater, stormwater and process water.
